Terms of service

Who we work with

Morrowpeak provides marketing services to auto repair shops. Our services are for businesses, and by signing up you confirm you’re authorized to act for your shop.

What you get

You get the services included in the plan or one-time service you choose, as described on our pricing and service pages when you sign up. Plans are per location: each shop location with its own Google Business Profile needs its own plan.

Access to your Google Business Profile

You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, and you stay the owner. We use that access only to provide your services. You can remove us at any time, but services that depend on that access will stop until it’s restored.

Review replies

• We write and post replies in your shop’s voice, based on the tone guide you fill out.
• Reviews of three stars or fewer are sent to you with a draft reply before anything is posted.
• You can ask us to change or remove any reply at any time.
• We don’t write, buy or post reviews for your business, and we won’t post anything we believe is false or misleading.

Billing

Plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. They renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. One-time services are billed when you buy them. Prices are listed on our website, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by emailing xavier@morrowpeak.com. There’s no cancellation fee. Your service stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, then stops, and you won’t be billed again. See our Refund Policy for details.

The Complete plan and websites

The Complete plan is a monthly subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You’re billed $399 at the start of every month until you cancel, including after your website is live.

A website built on the Complete plan is yours to keep once you’ve paid for 3 months. If you cancel before that, you can keep it by paying the $500 Website Build price. Otherwise we take it offline when your service ends. Hosting and website edits end when your Complete plan ends. Your domain always stays in your name.

With the one-time Website Build, the finished site is handed over to your own hosting account, and two rounds of edits are included.

What we can’t promise

We work to improve your reviews, listings and visibility, but we can’t guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, star ratings, number of reviews, calls, revenue or recommendations from AI tools. Google, ChatGPT and other platforms are run by third parties we don’t control, and their changes can affect results.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your shop, to review drafts we send you for approval, and that any photos, logos or other material you send us is yours to use. You give us permission to use that material only to provide your services. You’re responsible for your business and the work you do for your customers.

Using your shop’s name

We won’t name your shop as a customer in our own marketing without your permission.

If we stop service

We may pause or end service if a payment fails, or if you ask us to do something illegal or against Google’s policies. If we end service for a reason that isn’t your fault, we’ll refund any unused time you’ve paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Morrowpeak isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date and email current customers about significant changes. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
