The service
Morrowpeak ("we") sends subscribers lists of commercial motor carriers compiled from public Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) records, along with contact details found for those carriers. By using the website, requesting a sample, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, deliveries continue until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial-month refunds, except under our 7-day guarantee: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund that first payment in full. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Data accuracy
Lead data comes from public records and automated checks. Records can be out of date, and contact details can be wrong. We don't guarantee that any lead is accurate, reachable, or will buy insurance. Leads are not exclusive and may be delivered to other subscribers.
Your use of leads
You may use leads for your own business, including loading them into your CRM. You may not resell, republish, or share the lists with anyone outside your agency. You're responsible for complying with all laws that apply to how you contact prospects, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), do-not-call rules, and state insurance regulations.
No affiliation
Morrowpeak is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, including reselling or sharing lead lists.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
