Every lead has a deadline to buy
We don't send a phone book of trucking companies. Each carrier comes from an FMCSA event that puts insurance at the top of their to-do list. In the last 30 days: 1,646 applied with no insurance, 1,374 had insurance cancelled, 667 were newly granted.
No insurance on file
FMCSA will not grant operating authority until liability insurance (form BMC-91 or 91X) is on file, at least $750,000 for general freight. The carrier can't haul for hire until someone writes the policy, and the filing is due within 90 days or the application is dismissed.
Authority suspended
Their coverage was cancelled and FMCSA suspended their authority. The truck is parked and earning nothing until they're insured again, so they're shopping today, not at renewal.
Just approved to operate
A new venture that just went active. First-year carriers are often overpaying on a rushed policy and still need cargo, physical damage and other coverage added.

We do the prospecting. You make the calls.
Everything an agent would do by hand in SAFER, census files and Google, done before you start work.
Every new carrier, every weekday
No daily cap and no per-lead fees. If a qualifying carrier shows up in your states, it's in your next morning email by about 9:30am Eastern.
Owner name, phone and email
100% of leads have the owner's name from the FMCSA registration. 99.8% have a phone. Every email is labeled as the owner's own address or the company inbox.
Priority score, best first
Each carrier is scored on the filing event, for-hire and interstate status, fleet size and contact quality, then sorted so you call the strongest accounts first.
An opener for every lead
Each row includes a one-line opener written for that carrier's filing and date. Paste it into an email or use it as your first line on the call.
Junk removed for you
We drop inactive USDOT numbers, private fleets, fleets over 10 trucks, and emails belonging to permit and filing services or shared across several carriers.
CRM-ready spreadsheet
A CSV with consistent columns arrives with every delivery: priority, filing event, days since, owner, email, phone, fleet, hazmat, USDOT and FMCSA link.
A morning delivery looks like this
Example rows in the real delivery format, details masked. Sorted by priority.
| Priority | Company / owner | Contact | Location | Fleet | Why now |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 90 | Blue Mesa Transport R. Alvarez | ralvarez@b•••••••.com (505) •••-••42 | Albuquerque, NM | 2 trucks · 2 drivers | Insurance cancelled 1 day ago |
| 85 | Ridgeway Haul LLC D. Thompson | d•••••••@gmail.com (214) •••-••18 | Mesquite, TX | 3 trucks · 3 drivers | Authority pending · no insurance 6 days ago |
| 80 | K&L Freight Services K. Lewis | k••••@yahoo.com (901) •••-••07 | Memphis, TN | 1 truck · 1 driver | Authority pending · no insurance 3 days ago |
| 75 | Northline Carriers Inc S. Novak | steve@n•••••••.com (616) •••-••93 | Grand Rapids, MI | 6 trucks · 7 drivers | New authority granted 2 days ago |
The spreadsheet adds drivers, hazmat, USDOT, FMCSA link, email source and the ready-to-use opener for every row. In the last 30 days, 56% of carriers ran 1 truck, 34% ran 2–3 and 10% ran 4–10. Leads come from public records, so they aren't exclusive to you.

Questions
How many leads will I get per day?
In the last 30 days our feed added 3,687 qualifying carriers nationwide, an average of 168 per weekday. The latest delivery (October 30, 2026) had 137. Your number depends on your states: Texas averaged 21.2 per weekday (466 in 30 days). Look up any state in the volume section above. These counts update automatically from the live feed.
What exactly is in each lead?
Company name, owner name (from the FMCSA registration), email, phone, city and state, power units, drivers, hazmat flag, USDOT number, a link to the FMCSA record, the filing event and its date, days since that event, a priority score, and a ready-to-use opener for a call or email.
Why do these carriers need insurance right now?
FMCSA will not grant operating authority until the carrier's liability insurance is on file, and a carrier whose insurance is cancelled has its authority suspended. Both groups cannot legally haul for hire until someone writes the policy. Newly granted carriers often shop again before their first renewal.
How fresh are the leads?
We check FMCSA every weekday morning and send everything new by about 9:30am Eastern. Every lead shows the date of its filing event and how many days ago it happened. Carriers that applied with no insurance or had insurance cancelled are re-checked against FMCSA's latest records that morning, and any that already filed insurance are left out.
How good are the emails?
100% of leads have an owner name and 99.8% have a phone number. In the last 30 days, 29% of emails were the owner's own address and the rest were the company's main inbox, which for a one- or two-truck carrier is usually the owner too. We confirm each email domain receives mail and remove addresses that belong to permit and filing services or are shared across several carriers. Each lead is labeled with its email source.
Are the leads exclusive?
No. They come from public FMCSA filings, so other agents can find the same carriers. You are paying for speed and for the research being done: the right carriers, the owner, a usable email and phone, every morning. Exclusive pay-per-lead trucking leads typically cost $110 each.
Which states and carrier sizes are covered?
All 50 states and DC, included in the $49 price. Authorized for-hire carriers with 1 to 10 power units and an active USDOT number. Private fleets, inactive carriers and fleets over 10 trucks are filtered out. Hazmat carriers are flagged so you can include or skip them.
Can I load the leads into my CRM?
Yes. Every delivery includes a CSV spreadsheet with one row per carrier and consistent columns, sorted by priority, that imports into any CRM or dialer.
How does the priority score work?
Each lead is scored on the filing event, for-hire status, interstate operation, fleet size, whether an owner name is on file and the email type. Higher scores are listed first so you call the best accounts before anyone else.
Can I change states or cancel?
Reply to any delivery email to change your states. Cancel anytime from the billing portal and you keep getting leads until the end of the month you paid for. No contract.
What if the leads aren't useful?
You're covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Reply to any Morrowpeak email within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. No forms, no call.
Do you contact the carriers for me?
No. You get the lead and reach out yourself. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to how you contact prospects, like CAN-SPAM for email and TCPA for calls and texts.
Are you affiliated with FMCSA?
No. Morrowpeak is an independent service that organizes public government data. It is not affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.
