What we collect from you
When you request a sample or subscribe, we collect your name, email, agency name, phone number if given, and the states you choose. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers.
How we use it
To deliver leads, send account and billing emails, answer your questions, and improve the service. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Morrowpeak, such as email, hosting, automation and payment providers, and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
Carrier data in our leads
Lead lists are built from public FMCSA records about commercial motor carriers. If you're a carrier and want your business removed from future lists, email us and we'll remove it.
Retention and your choices
We keep your information while you have an account and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it. Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails.
